Is there a connection between 2012, the End of the World (as we know it today) and Fluoride? It is a proven fact that fluoride in the water has some preventative health benefits for dental hygiene but that I not the real reason it is done. Fluoride is added to the water supply for the simple yet effective reason that it dumbs down the populace. It really does make people more compliant and malleable and therefore ‘no trouble’.

This is seen the world over in comparing populations in cities where the water is fluoridated and those where they have fought to keep their water pure. Why do you think some States have the reputation of being feisty and fiery? Because they don’t fluoridate their water supply.

While a more compliant, less prone to complain and take action citizenry has obvious appeal to the powers that be, has this been part of a Grand Plan for some decades? Did they know about 2012 and not tell us way back in the 1950s? Instead they just started to medicate us to the point where when it starts to all go horribly wrong, we just look to our governments and do as we are told. No muss, no fuss. In the sky will be seen a great fire dragging a trail of sparks

This is one of the most often read of all the Nostradamus Prophecies as we come closer to that monumental date, December 21, 2012. Of the one thousand or so four line ‘quadrains’, this one has assumed an importance above all others now we are so close to the ‘End of Days’.

Born in 1503 and living until 1566, Nostradamus was a healer and writer of almanacs. He was well regarded but he was also prudent. It did not pay in those days of the Spanish Inquisition and similar Church led purges for heretics in his native France for Nostradamus to be too open. He wrote in quadrains so that he didn’t directly contradict the Bible or offer any heresy, intentional or imagined.

Of course this leaves the true meaning of the quadrain open to interpretation. This one has been often claimed to refer to the events of 9/11;

“In the year of the new century and nine months, From the sky will come a great King of Terror… The sky will burn at forty-five degrees. Fire approaches the great new city… In the city of York there will be a great collapse, two twin brothers torn apart by chaos while the fortress falls the great leader will succumb third big war will begin when the big city is burning.”

Even the most skeptical can clearly see how that quadrain could refer to the Twin Towers, 9/11 and the war that has raged since then in Iraq and Afghanistan. If something written so long ago can so easily be interpreted to fit a major event in history, why not allow Nostradamus the benefit of the doubt? Why not then accept his prophecy relating to 2012 is also going to come about?

“In the sky will be seen a great fire dragging a trail of sparks.”

Does this refer to a comet? Does it mean solar activity, such as a solar storm or a meteor shower hits our planet? Could this be the End of Days for us humans, as it might have been so long ago for the dinosaurs? Even if it is just a comet, one the size required to be seen in the sky in the way Nostradamus suggest would have to be the size of Jupiter and the affect that would have on our gravity, tides and even volcanic activity might be what causes whatever it is that is in store for our planet.
